This Starbucks has messed up my drink every single time I've went there - 5 or 6 times now. Half of those times, it's in an unidentifiable way - the label reads correctly but the drink is clearly not what it's supposed to be (I drink a lot of Starbucks...I don't just go around complaining randomly), and then they act confused by my complaint. My sister has had the same experiences, so both of us only go to the one in Homestead even when that's less convenient or overly busy. It really sucks that I feel like I'm just wasting my money if I go this Palm Drive location, because otherwise this would be an A+ Starbucks - which is why I still gave it 3 stars: they have a drive thru, they're open really late, the inside is really big and has great ambience, AND there's plenty of outdoor seating. I wish I could get the service I get over at the other little crowded one at this place!

Of course the major thing recommending this Starbucks is its location right at the base of the turnpike. That said, we also experienced outstanding service here. Our charming barista very cheerfully and helpfully let my wife invent a new banana-chocolate-coffee frappuccino (in an effort to replicate the wonderful Dirty Nutty Dang we experienced in Costa Rica: yelp.com/biz/banana-dang… ), and generally brightened our day.

Not the best Starbucks I've ever been to, but it's quite useful before hitting the Stretch. There is wifi and it's quite roomy inside, though the folks working there tend to play their music too loudly. Most of the clientele seem to be tourists, so there's usually somewhere to sit. Oh, and it really makes more sense to get out of the car: the line at the drive through is always longer than the wait inside.

Great place/people. Lots of space with many comfy chairs. Drive-thru is now 24hrs. Awesome.

My crew and I stumbled upon this place for an emergency bathroom break. Needing both toilets and coffee, we were lucky to find this quaint little independent coffee shop right off the highway. One of my biggest gripes about coffee houses are the sizes of the majority of them. Long lines, never enough seating, and no outlets to charge my laptop at... But boy, what a huge shop! About 80% of the seats were open except for the one seat I needed... The toilet. Perhaps bigger wash facilities? I got a regular ice coffee with an extra shot of espresso. Patty took my order and was very friendly. She had Disney and marvel pins on her Starbucks hat which made me think that outside of a professional environment, we'd probably be best friends. I also got a little sugar cookie which was on point. I almost got a cake pop but it reminded me of a thing I had with an ex and that was just territory I didn't want to cross. My friend got the s'mores tart which she stated was quite possibly the best thing she ever put in her mouth. All in all, this is such a nice coffee shop and I urge everyone to check it out and support local businesses.

Thursday July 2nd 4pm... Just waited 25 minutes for our drinks without an apology. Place wasn't even busy. Way more employees than there were customers, not sure how they're turning a profit.

Nice staffs and cozy space. We stopped by this location on our way to Key Largo vacation. Nice break!

OK Starbucks is Starbucks, but this one was amazing! I stopped after a trip to the Everglades en route back to Miami. First of all - drive thru open 24 hours??! Ummm immediately wishing this was the Starbucks by me! They also had different sweet treats (like a creme brûlée) and fizzy sodas that none of the Starbucks I've been to in St. Louis/Chicago have. This location is also huge inside, although the parking lot/drive thru was hard to navigate.

Half of a star would be generous for this busy Starbucks. Lines were long, service was slow and inefficient and the bathrooms needed attention. It took over 20 minutes to get out order. When it was done incorrectly, we asked the barista to correct one of the drinks - a trenta green tea. The barista poured half a vente and stated "Here you go". Not a good value!

This Starbucks is whatever. The drive through service will usually have some douchey kid w shit locks taking your order. He kept saying "dawg" and "yo" to me. I felt like telling him I was not his "homie" and to just give me my coffee and fuck you very much. I know its just a coffee shop, but at least try to keep it semi professional. But i guess thats Miami for you. I avoid this Starbucks, "ya feel me!" LoL

I see some bad reviews on here on this Starbucks, to be honest it's really great. This location is the only one from Florida City to the Keys. I live in the area and this one is open 24 hours and every single time I've been here - my coffee has come out perfect and the staff is super nice.

I have to say, I am going to miss this Starbucks. I am moving on Friday and this Starbucks never lets me down. They are always friendly, know the three different things I order, and always joke with me about which one it will be that day. My order is always quick, and when it is raining and I don't go inside, they know my car! I only go 2-3 times a week so I am impressed that they take the time to get to know the customers that they don't see daily. As for the quality of the coffee, I have never had my espresso burnt at this Starbucks which I have found to be a frequent complaint I have about many other locations. A great place for a quick coffee or to sit and chat if you are ever this far south!

I always stop at this Starbucks when I'm driving down to the keys. It's the last bit of civilization until you get to Key Largo and the world starts to look familiar again. In a land of bad gas station coffee, it's really your Obi-Wan.

Not the best Starbucks. The first issue is that they make their drinks light. Meaning 3/4 full. Every time I get a Latte type drink I pick it up and it feels empty. Sure enough it's generally about 1/3-1/4 foam. Then I feel bad asking them to fill it up. It's a convenient stop on the way to the keys but not my favorite location. Oh the second issue.....walk ins are treated like 2nd class. I'm not a fan of drive though Starbucks because the service for walk ins seems like we are inconveniencing them.

The slowwwwwwwest Starbucks on earth. They were all over the place, unorganized and none of the workers seemed to care about their jobs. Took 10 minutes for an iced coffee. Very annoyed after that experience -they need a better manager.

Great place always busy. Friendly employees. They do a great job with the amount of business.

Great coffee and very friendly staff the only downfall this place has would be the speed or lack there of especially in the drive thru. I normally would expect going inside to be slower than the drive thru option but at this location if you are in a hurry head inside! That being said speed is the only flaw with this Starbucks location. It's very conveniently located off US-1 just before heading to the keys making it a perfect stop to get your caffeine fix prior to the haul to key west. 4 out of 5 rating by this caffeine junkie!!

Always good and friendly service. Awesome coffee and chill atmosphere. Only drawback is the cramped parking and drive thru.

50% of the time I come here there is always traffic in the drive thru lanes . I do not know what's going on but they take way longer here than other Starbucks . I do no think the realize they loose regular clients when they have to decide to wait 10 minutes for their coffee or just go to the dunking donuts around the corner .Other than that the coffee is really good

Ordered a Doppio and received half a Solo. I drink Starbucks everyday so I know what a double should be. This place sucks.

Been Here many times. Always a line and the people on the drive thru dont help the only person tending to the long lines in the inside room. I mean long tourist lines since its in the entrance to the keys no help at all. This happens in all Starbucks not to mention these people take forever ordering. They need to have a line for regular drip coffee this is something they need to do. Drive thru is 30 minutes an order ridiculous. And no one says anything sheep getting slaughtered syndrome they just go with the flow.and Starbucks just keeps on making money.

Iced Americano for the road on a hot & muggy Southern Florida morning really hit the spot-- much better than the crappy motel coffee! Efficient drive-thru service and a courteous employee put the drink in my hand in about 5 minutes for under $3.

This is the BEST SB ever!!!! I cant speak for the afternoon staff, but i can say that i stop here almost every morning and Kimmy & Miles ate amazing employees!!! They are always quick, on point and super nice! I don't even have to repeat my order, just by saying hello on the MIC they know what I want. My coffee is always perfect! Love this place!

Internet is dreadfully slow. Is it because I am sitting on their outside patio? Even so, it should not be that slow. I do notice it is 24 hours. That is definitely very sweet! Other than that, its Starbucks! It is my haven away from my dumpy hotel across the street. lol

Pretty spacious and quiet Starbucks. Coming from New York City, this was a nice, calm change.
